Trip’s primary focus of ministry is discipling and mentoring others, and equipping people to do ministry. He's even served as a chaplain in a local restaurant and a small business. Over the years, he’s written books, curricula, training materials, and Bible studies for disciples, leaders, and cross-cultural missions.
