With a background as a Chief People Officer for a variety of global software companies, and as an instructor in the Human Resources program at San Francisco State University where she demystified HR for aspiring HR professionals, Tracy has consistently leveraged her skills to help both employers and employees navigate organizational challenges more effectively. Currently the Chief People Officer at StockX and an Advisor to Zenefits, this is her first book, which she co-wrote with Jay Fulcher and Kevin Marasco.
