Tony Perez is a retired Chief Warrant Officer 3 (CW3) of the United States Army and former CID Special Agent with more than two decades of military service. Following his retirement, he transitioned into the defense industry, where he continues to work in national security and cybersecurity. Drawing from real-world operational experience, Perez writes the James Chase military thriller series, delivering high-stakes action grounded in authenticity and shaped by the complex realities of modern warfare and intelligence operations. His novels include The Delta Mission, The Dragon and the Eagle, and Cuba Libre, with additional installments expanding the James Chase universe. Perez holds a master's degree in information technology with a specialization in Cybersecurity and resides in Florida.
