He held leadership roles at General Electric and Honeywell, and has been a CEO and Senior VP in Fortune 500 companies, small-medium businesses, startups and nonprofits. His board positions have included NASDAQ and Toronto Stock Exchange listed corporations, and nonprofits. Tom writes a weekly column about leadership for the Phoenix Business Journal. He is a two-times Amazon bestselling business book author, and has published a total of four business books.
