Tom Loegering, Sr. spent 55 years in all phases of the real estate and construction business as a general contractor and Certified Property Manager (CPM). At present, he is a volunteer spending time doing what he loves; helping people achieve the success they want when they are willing to make personal changes to reach those goals. He is a CPM (Lifetime Member), B1 General Contractor 1965- 2018, SCORE Certified Mentor 2008-2018, Member of the Peoria Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors 2012-2019, Peoria Education Foundation Board of Directors 2011-present, and V.P. Fairway 5 HOA 2006-present, Rec. Centers of Sun City Board of Directors 2009-2011, BI Solutions Inc. 2015-present, Chairman of the board Golf Program In Schools, Inc. 2015-present. Tom founded the Golf Program in Schools (GPS) program which is bringing golf into public schools and “helping kids find their right path.” Through the game of golf, GPS teaches valuable life lessons as well as guides students to find scholarships and career opportunities. Tom is also the CEO of The Sun City Country Club, a family-owned country club in Sun City, AZ. His personal goal is to do well in his business so he can do good things for his community. Thomas J. Loegering, Jr. is the owner and designated broker of Real Estate Management Services (REMS), Inc. Arizona. T.J. holds his broker’s licenses in Arizona. He began his career in real estate in the family business nearly 30 years ago. He worked his way through the ranks in the California branch of REMS until 2005. TJ expanded the family property management business into Arizona. Working exclusively in property management has given him a wealth of experience that he now shares with REMS AZ clients. Through his tireless commitment to quality service, he proves the company motto: “Good management doesn’t cost, it pays!” The major client growth at REMS comes from working with individuals who wish to grow their wealth through long term ownership of residential properties or working on real estate “flips” (residential property rehabs). T.J. prides himself on being freely accessible to both clients and/or those interested in discussing the importance of property management in this ever-changing market.
