Tom Blackledge is a former professional Mixed Martial Arts fighter, UFC veteran and is now an in-demand Pro-Sport, Mindset Coach, Author and public speaker. Within the MMA community Tom is widely considered both a Pioneer and a Legend, due to his involvement in the early days of the sport, and his storied career in MMA and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Tom holds various accolades in his professional career; achieving world champion status, fighting for huge promotions around the world including the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), Cage Rage, Cage Warriors, Cage Gladiators, and representing Team England in Russian promotion M-1 Global. Tom was Assistant Coach on the tenth series of The Ultimate Fighter TV show, alongside Rampage Jackson. The extensive knowledge gleaned from his career in pro- fighting has earned him the reputation as one of the most legendary and prestigious coaches in the sport. With a view extending beyond developing strong fundamental techniques for combat, Tom is also known for developing unbeatable mindsets not only In his pro-fighters and members of his Fighter Blueprint Academy, but in business and with people from all walks of life. His talks and development courses are in popular demand across the UK, including being requested to speak to the fantastic England rugby team during the Rugby World Cup. Tom’s career has taken him all around the world, and as well as professional competition he has had the pleasure of developing multiple programmes for certain British Special forces, worked alongside the cast and stunt crew on the Hollywood movie the A-Team, worked privately with a range of famous faces including Hollywood star Tom Hardy, The Script’s Danny Donaghue, and hot new comedian Paul Smith. His aim in life is to spread his wealth of advice for self- development in all aspects of life, not limited to BJJ and martial arts.
