Tim Patrick learned early about living on both sides of the tracks. His family scraped to pay the rent, yet financial aid and a scholarship gave him the opportunity to attend a private boarding school. On visiting day, his classmates’ parents arrived in limousines and Lamborghinis. His parents arrived in a utility van with PATRICK’S TV REPAIR painted on the sides.

That experience helped inspire his first novel, “TEA CUPS & TIGER CLAWS,” a three-generation family saga. His other novels include “DEATH OF A MOVIE STAR,” “OLLIE COME FREE,” and “THE HARMONY TOUR,” which draws inspiration from one of history’s oldest stories to explore moral certainty, family, faith, and redemption.

Tim is a graduate of UCLA. He and his wife live in California and are the parents of two grown children. In his spare time, he enjoys aviation, bicycling, and experimenting in the kitchen.
