Timo Holmquist was born in Miami in 1990, though his first memories are from the four years he spent living in Sweden. His father's side is Scandanavian and his mother is Dutch-Caribbean, born in Aruba. Through this international lense, Timo became an accomplished traveler and kindled a love for the outdoors at an early age. He writes mainly about hiking, scrambling, outdoor adventures, travels, ski instructing, and trail building. In the fictional realm, he writes about dystopia and hopes to have a series published within the next few years. You can find him in Boulder, Colorado with his wife, dreaming about the outdoors or dreaming up dystopian worlds.
