Tim Winders is the author of Coach: A Story of Success Redefined and The Visit: The Story Continues, modern parables about ambition, faith, and what it means to redefine success. He hosts Seek Go Create — The Leadership Journey, a long-running podcast exploring intentional leadership, faith, and purpose. A lifelong student of Scripture, his work has focused on reading the New Testament in its original first-century context. That study became the This Generation project, which includes a 90-day reading plan, a podcast series walking the entire New Testament, and additional books and historical fiction. Tim is an engineer by training (Georgia Tech) who has spent decades leading teams and coaching executives, currently as COO of a growing engineering and manufacturing company. After years living, working, and traveling in a 39-foot motorcoach named Theo, he and his wife Glori built a small home base in the high desert of Arizona they call their Shalom Home, a place to return to between travels and the work that takes them many places.
