Tim Jenkins was born in California. He works in technology and has traveled extensively on five continents for business and pleasure. He lived a spell in Taiwan. He's learned many lessons on the road, not always the easy way. High on his list: pack light, wear a smile, have fun, and always make room for the unexpected. His first book, "Missions Accomplished" was written on the repeated suggestions of friends and colleagues who enjoyed hearing his quirky and amusing travel anecdotes. In writing these 50 stories, he's realized there are hundreds more, so the sequels are in the works. In addition to a passion for travel, he enjoys reading, geography, astronomy, politics, history, science fiction, language, trivia, SCUBA, and swimming. He lives in Northern California with his wife, daughter, and a bunny named Larry.
