As an adoptive Mom, Terri Marcroft writes first-hand about the beauty of open adoption. In 2010, she started a non-profit, Unplanned Good, Inc., to spread the word about open adoption as an option for women facing unplanned, unwanted pregnancies. Her newest book is "Pro-Family Pro-Adoption. A Christian's Guide to Unplanned Pregnancy Options" is just out in Nov. 2023. Her prior book, "Pro-Choice, Pro-Adoption: It's Time for a Loving, Positive Response to Unplanned Pregnancy" was published on Amazon in November 2022. Professionally, Theresa Marcroft helps technology company CEOs succeed. Her marketing career focused mainly on enterprise software, SaaS and network security companies. After several years in corporate marketing roles, she started her agency, MarketSavvy, to advise public and private company CEOs on marketing strategy. She summarized a career of lessons learned in her 2020 book, "The Path to Revenue: Secrets of Successful Tech Leaders". Recently, the Silicon Valley Business Journal named her a "Silicon Valley Woman of Influence". Theresa earned a B.S. in Marketing from Santa Clara University and a master’s degree magna cum laude in International Management from the prestigious Thunderbird School of Global Management— the ‘#1 International MBA Program in the World’ for fourteen consecutive years according to US News & World Report.
