A retired corporate executive with a thirty-six-year career in commercial underwriting—including leadership as second vice president at a nationally recognized insurance firm—Terry now devotes his life to full-time ministry, coaching, and teaching. With over five decades of ministry experience, Terry brings the rare blend of pastoral care, professional insight, and practical relationship wisdom. He is known as a professor, teacher, leader, and relationship expert—roles he continues to embody through One Flesh Ministries, the nonprofit he co-founded with his wife, Carol. Together, they have touched lives across the US and internationally, equipping couples and ministry leaders with biblical tools for healthy, lasting relationships. Terry is co-author of In the Beginning It Was Not So: Seven Marriage Lessons Learned in the Garden and creator of the Marriage By Design coaching program.
