Terri, an enthusiastic maker of things, has been a shop manager, delivery driver, photographer, video game developer, character animator, entrepreneur, curriculum creator, and novelist as well as a mom, caretaker of cats and plants, and writer of insanely long sentences. She grew up in Colorado before traveling to Korea and finally ending up in San Francisco, which immediately felt like home. Her career spanned almost two decades in 3D animation for video games, films, television shows, and even a comic book encompassed character animation, art direction, writing, and story development before transitioning to starting her own business. In 2015, Terri co-founded the Renegade Girls Tinkering Club, a summer camp aimed at encouraging girls and other under represented groups by planting the seeds for a solid foundation in STEM. Since then, she's created dozens of curricula and hundreds of individual projects. After publishing her first novel in 2020, Terri turned her storytelling talents to fiction and continues to write books for smart readers who love great characters and engaging plots. She lives in San Francisco with 2 rowdy children, 2 aloof cats, and a fabulous, brilliant husband who brings her tea every night.
