Terrence A. Blackmer is a longtime leader, educator, fire service professional, coach, and author whose work focuses on practical leadership for everyday life.

With decades of experience leading people in public safety, education, and community organizations, Terrence brings a real-world perspective to leadership. His writing focuses on the choices leaders make, the way they treat people, the importance of character, and the responsibility that comes with influence.

Terrence’s goal is simple: to help people become better leaders at work, in their organizations, on their teams, in their communities, and at home.
