Tenille Bentley is an internationally award winning business leader, board director and global change agent. She is a transformative speaker, educator, sound therapist as well as an author of two thought provoking books “Digital Consciousness and Emotional literacy for kids” and the Managing Director & Founder of The Emotional Literacy & Mindfulness Academy for Kids. She had built a multi million dollar social media company in under 2 years, has been recognised by the Australian Prime Minister with ‘The Australian Leadership Award’ which is only presented to 20 people in Australia, she was awarded the ‘Australian Financial Review Top 100 Australia’s Women of Influence’, State Finalist in the ‘Telstra Business Woman of the Year’, inducted into the Western Australian Women’s Hall of Fame by The Governor and awarded the Top 3 Australian Institute of Management Excellence Awards. Her love of digital has seen her build the globally recognised initiative called 'The Emotional Literacy & Mindfulness Academy for Kids' a program that teaches kids advanced skills in emotional literacy and mindfulness from the ages of 5 – 9 years old utilising the neuroscience of early intervention. She began from a position of looking at the world, the damage we, as a human family are causing, the chaos, the violence, the fast paced dopamine overdosed world of digital (having built her social media agency and then realising the impact on society) and how our children (our future caretakers of this planet) being handed all of this, she was determined to find a solution. Her solution was with children, aligning this with her years of research in the area of neuroscience and the proven outcomes from early intervention. This formed the basis of the Academy. Specifically focusing on ages 5 – 9 as the key developmental phase where we can make a sustainable impact. She has had the pleasure of meeting and spending time with the great minds of Oprah, Richard Branson, Deepak Chopra, Dr John Demartini, Don Miguel Ruiz, Dr Bruce Lipton and many more.
