Dr. Tasha Eurich is an organizational psychologist, researcher, and New York Times best-selling author who helps people learn to thrive in a changing world.

She has worked directly with over 20,000 leaders and spoken live to hundreds of thousands more, on every continent but Antarctica. Her clients include Google, Salesforce, RBC, Nestlé, J&J, Allstate, the NBA, Walmart, Whataburger, and the White House Leadership Development Program.

With a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Tasha is the principal of The Eurich Group, a boutique consulting firm that helps executives transform when the stakes are high.

As an author and sought-after self-improvement speaker, Tasha is a candid yet compassionate voice. Her work has appeared in Harvard Business Review, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, NBC, and NPR, as well as peer-reviewed journals. Her 2017 TEDx talk has been viewed more than 8 million times.

Tasha’s first book, Bankable Leadership, debuted at #8 on The New York Times bestseller list. Her latest book, Insight, explores the connection between self-awareness and success through findings from her “groundbreaking” (Fast Company) research.
