Tarja Stephens is a Finnish-American business leader and author whose work examines how organizations are moving from human-only workforces to systems where people and AI work side by side. Stephens built her career as a senior executive in the marine industry, where she led operational excellence initiatives and developed deep expertise in Lean methodologies.
