Suzanne Vosburg (www.suzannevosburg.com) is a writer, researcher and photographer who lives in a historical neighborhood north of New York. She recently acquired an American Alsatian puppy and can regularly be found throwing tennis balls for him outside; he is training her well. Suzanne’s father owned and managed a medium-sized business; he emphasized how important it is to openly and respectfully address conflict and acknowledge emotions for a company to be healthy. He thought this was an essential and often overlooked element in many companies. In her work in various academic and industry environments, Suzanne has thought a lot about her father’s perspective.
