Susan Bauerfeld, PhD is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, IFS therapist (Level 3), Speaker, Author, Workshop Leader, ADHD Coach, and Parent Coach. Recently retired from her private practice in Norwalk, CT, she has shifted her professional focus to promoting her book Base Camp Parenting: Worry Less to Help Your Kids More (co-written with Chris Parrot) and to presentations and workshops on parenting, managing worry, ADHD, and trauma. She is a popular speaker in her local community and at national and international conferences. By offering compassion, hope, and tools for transformation, she strives to help people get their shifts together so they can bring more calmness, curiosity, and connectedness to their relationships with themselves and with others. When she is not working, she loves to travel, read, knit, go to the theatre, and spend time with her husband, family, and dog.
