I have had a career where I have been privileged to work across a variety of contexts to do what I enjoy most - help people, groups and organizations work better together through more effective collaboration. That includes driving and enabling partnerships, leadership development, and culture creation. Contexts have included my founding a successful consulting & training organization (Vantage Partners) and co-founding a PE firm devoted to bringing true ownership - and importantly an ownership culture - to our holdings in the building industry. In addition to the above I have been lucky enough to work with several startups, including PrescriberPoint (a health care firm focused on helping health care providers get and keep their patients on needed therapies) and Breez AI - which helps independent grocers thrive by equipping them with white-label AI tools that make meal planning and online shopping easier, smarter, and more personal. I was also previously Vice-Chair of Our.Love - a firm focused on creating a tech platform supporting happy and healthy relationships. I am also proudly on the Strategic Advisory Board of the Simmons Institute for Inclusive Leadership. Finally, as you know, I am the author of a leadership book with two incomparable co-authors. It is called "All the Difference." Our point of view is that "all the difference" (across all dimensions) in today's workforce is the source of incredible advantage if and as leaders can purposefully tap into it - and if they can't they and their organizations will fall behind those that can and do. Across these and other ventures I have been lucky to work with wonderful, collaborative and brilliant colleagues, thought leaders, operators and investors.
