Steve Washuta was born and raised in New Jersey, and currently resides in Oklahoma City, OK. He graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in Public Relations and a concentration in Human Nutrition & Foods.

After college Steve worked in public relations for 3 years before deciding his passions were aligned with the health and fitness industry. Almost 10 years later Steve is now an author dedicated to helping other future FIT (Fitness Industry Teachers) build their businesses without the hardships he endured starting his.
