Evolutionary Pioneer Steve Farrell transforms the definition of success in his new book. He details his journey from the pinnacle of wealth creation in Silicon Valley to a life in service to humanity in "A New Universal Dream," (pre-orders available May 24, 2023). Farrell is the co-founder (with Neale Donald Walsch) and Worldwide Executive Director of Humanity's Team, a non-profit organization based in Boulder, Colorado. The organization is focused on helping people throughout the world awaken to their deeper selves and the interconnectedness of everything. Today, Humanity’s Team has approximately 700,000 friends in over 150 countries. Their projects include Conscious Business Declaration training and Conscious Business Change Agent (CBCA) Masters program; Transformational Education programs in business, science, spirituality, creativity, relationships, healing, and conscious living on the Humanity Stream+ streaming service; free programs from luminaries such as Gregg Braden, Bruce H. Lipton, Ph.D, and Lynne McTaggart; Global Oneness Day, created following a Humanity’s Team visit to the United Nations in May 2010; and service projects focused on improving the environment and lives of people worldwide. In the 1990s, years before Steve co-founded Humanity's Team, he co-founded and led two high-growth technology companies based in Silicon Valley that were featured in the INC 500 and spanned the United States and Europe. During this period of his life, he was an officer in the Young Entrepreneurs' Organization and the Young Presidents’ Organization, a group of young leaders that included Gavin Newsom, now governor of California; Hamid Moghadam, who runs the largest real estate equity investment trust in the world; and Andrea "Andy" Cunningham, marketing genius for Apple. By all accounts, Steve was living the American Dream when he responded to a newsletter request from Neale Donald Walsch, author of the “Conversations with God” book series, seeking examples of businesses putting conscious living principles to work in the world. Walsch invited Steve and his wife, Stephanie to visit him at his home in Oregon and meet his staff. That set Steve on a course to create a movement to help people across the globe connect more deeply with the Divine Truth of Oneness and consciously participate in creating a flourishing and awakened world. Steve followed his heart and left the "American Dream" behind, co-founding Humanity’s Team in 2003. In addition to authoring "A New Universal Dream," Steve contributed a chapter to the book "Our Moment of Choice — Evolutionary Visions and Hope for the Future" titled "The Dawn of a Conscious Business Movement.” He is a member of the Evolutionary Leadership Council and lives in Boulder, Colorado. with his wife Stephanie, their two teenage children, and their dog Sadie.
