Once second-last in the mile at school I now represent Great Britain at 24 hour ultrarunning, and have 2 Guinness World Records to my name. I'm a mum of 3, and juggle work, family, running and my passion to advocate for women in sport. In 2022, I set up the organisation SheRACES which breaks down barriers to women in endurance events across the world. The Power Within is my first book, documenting my journey through running and motherhood, hoping to inspire and empower all those who read it to take on new challenges in any part of their lives.
