Simon Ellson is a results-oriented business coach, a straight-talking entrepreneur, and a firm believer in building businesses that work without their owners glued to them. Simon’s favourite quote, “You don’t know what you don’t know” which leads to lifelong learning! Simon has made it his mission to help business owners not just survive but thrive. His 121 coaching and his specialised 12-week programmes on Management, Sales, Leadership, and Business have become the go-to for entrepreneurs looking to make more profit, build better teams, and—most importantly—find a little breathing room in their work-life balance. Known for his sunny attitude, dry humour and no-BS approach, Simon regularly coaches 30 to 40 business owners, helping them get out of their own way and back in control of their businesses. Having served his time in large corporates, Apple and Symantec, he decided entrepreneurship was the place he loved the most and coaching has been a logical extension of that. When he’s not coaching, Simon is an avid Formula 1 and Rugby fan and now an author who has a whole series of books ahead of him. He’s been happily married to his wife Viv for over 35 years, and they have six wonderful grandchildren.
