Shiv Verma was born in Gujarat, India. Shortly after receiving his bachelor's degree in Physics and pursuing his post graduation in computers, he immigrated to the United States in early 1999. Ten years later, Shiv started his first so called adventurous startup venture APPTERA.CO (aka SimplyMobi.com). Fourteen years after his arrival, Shiv wrote his first series of non-fictional books on varied topics: 1. Millionomics: My Journey to Gaining Financial Freedom, 2. Book Authority: How to Write, Self-Publish & Market your Book, and 3. Interesting Discoveries on Dogs & Birds He currently lives and works in Northern Virginia. Shiv considers his writing hobby as a great stress buster while giving him the opportunity to share his experience and knowledge. Shiv is now a proud citizen of the United States!
