Shirley Quiring Mozena is a writer, blogger, retreat leader, and national speaker for Stonecroft and has spoken throughout the country telling her story of hope. Widowed twice, and remarried, she lives in Vancouver, Washington. She loves the outdoors and has climbed many mountain peaks in the Pacific Northwest. Shirley has written three books, Second Chances, At Life, and Love, With Hope, Beyond Second Chances: Heartbreak to Joy, finalists in the OCW Cascade Awards as well as her newest one, Second Chance At Love: Navigating the Path to Remarriage. Her articles have been published in Christian magazines, and the local newspaper. Shirley and her husband Jim, are facilitators for a grief program called GriefShare, where they work with those grieving the loss of a loved one in death. She has completed a book co-authored with her husband Jim Mozena about marrying for the second time. She has recently issued a second edition re-named, Second Chance at Love: A Practical Guide to Remarriage After Loss, published under SCM Publication.
