As a long-term fan of Fantasy and Sci-Fi Literature, from books such as the Redwall Series, Lord Of The Rings and the Wheel Of Time in my youth, I dabbled with writing a variety of short fictions, publishing on various websites. As I grew older, I discovered Japanese, Korean and Chinese fiction, and series such as Release That Witch, Solo Levelling, A Certain Magical Index, and many others both delighted and inspired me. Having spent more than a decade devouring all of these stories I could, I found myself feeling that the story I wanted to read wasn't quite out there, with many missed opportunities in terms of scope and romance, so I began to write On Astral Tides, which blends Western and Eastern tropes, and was as close to my vision as I could realise. You can often find me on Scribble Hub, churning out Chapters, for the long work continues! I also enjoy hiking, drinking and computer games such as JRPG's like Final Fantasy and Persona, which may also have helped inspire my love of the LitRPG field. Not that I have much time for such nowadays, with all the writing.
