Sherrie Barch is the CEO of a Forbes' ranked top executive search firm and a leadership consulting company. She is a storyteller, author and leadership guide who helps individuals and organizations navigate the conversations that shape careers and culture. Drawing from a career spanning nearly four decades, her work centers on building communication clarity, especially across generational and organizational gaps. Sherrie's passion for storytelling and making room for serious and "heavy" conversations was a strong motivation for her to write her book, Heaven's Bell. The positive response to this book prompted her to expand that space for conversation and healing with her grief journal and memory book, Ring To Remember. Sherrie is also a contributing author to Unstoppable, a collection of personal stories from women leaders making an impact across the healthcare industry. She’s currently working on her third book, Escaping the Workaround Bucket, a next generation leadership fable for early career professionals and the managers who lead them. Through the story of a young professional navigating chaos, clarity, and courage at work, the book explores how everyday systems, and the conversations we avoid, can derail or define a career. It’s not just about workarounds, it’s about learning to lead, from wherever you sit. Sherrie was born and raised in Northern Illinois, and earned B.A. and M.A. degrees in Communication from Western Illinois University.
