My name is Sheena, and you might know me as SJ Himes, my soon-to-be-retired pen name. Under SJ Himes I've written the Beacon Hill Sorcerer Series and The Wolfkin Saga series. I reside in MidCoast Maine, close enough to the beach to be annoyed by seagulls and enchanted by the views. I live with Wolf and Silfur, two cats who love me but hate each other. I write urban, epic, and sci-fi fantasy romances with an emphasis on plot and character development, and almost all my characters are LGBTQ+ and that’s on purpose.
