She is the founder of Retreat Ranch, a 46-acre retreat center in the Texas Hill Country, and the creator of The Retreat Leaders Playbook, where she mentors retreat leaders on how to design, market, and host profitable, high-impact retreats. With a background in business and a master’s degree in behavioral science, Shannon blends mindset, strategy, and real-world execution—helping leaders move beyond passion projects into retreats that actually work. She has hosted retreats around the world and teaches retreat leaders how to align purpose with profitability without burning themselves out.
