Dr. Shannon A. Austin, Ph.D., M.S., B.S., is a thought leader, prophetic voice, and spirit-empowered intercessor called to advance the Kingdom of God through prayer, leadership, and transformational ministry. Raised in the Catholic faith and filled with the Holy Spirit at a young age, her life was forever changed by a personal encounter with the living God. Since that moment, she has been marked by an unshakable faith, a passion for His presence, and a relentless commitment to stand in the gap for families, churches, and nations. As a leader of intercessory prayer teams, Dr. Austin has equipped others to birth Kingdom assignments, tear down spiritual strongholds, and walk boldly in the authority given by Christ. She holds a Ph.D. in Instructional Management and Leadership, an M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling, and a triple-major Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, and Social & Behavioral Science. Blending theological depth with practical wisdom, Dr. Austin writes and ministers from a place of intimacy with God and a heart for transformation. She is the author of several life-impacting books, including The Strength Within: Unlocking the Secrets of Resilience, The Roadmap to Success: Strategic Life Planning for the 12 Areas of Life, and Unlocking Your Potential: Transforming Your Life with the Eight Pillars of Self-Care. Her newest and most personal work, Family Is a Mosaic Picture: A Journey Through Brokenness, Belonging, and Becoming, began as a eulogy for her beloved Aunt Tracy but quickly became a sacred message for anyone who has ever felt lost, weary, or too broken to be used by God.
