Shane Torres is President and co-owner of RE/MAX Concepts, a real estate brokerage with offices across three states, and he built one of the leading real estate teams in Iowa. A builder turned broker, Shane is also an entrepreneur with ownership in several businesses across construction, hospitality, childcare and more. He is a coach, consultant, and presenter.

Shane has a lifetime of experience overcoming adversity and more than 20 years in the housing industry. He is passionate about sharing what he has learned to inspire professional and personal growth that aligns with each person’s own values.
