Shaine Hobdy is a multi-award-winning author, speaker, and leadership practitioner with more than four decades of experience across some of the world's most iconic service organizations, including Walt Disney World, The Ritz-Carlton, Park Hyatt Hotels, United Airlines, JetBlue, Asurion, and Assurant, where he serves as an Experience Owner.

He is the creator of the FLEX Leadership System™ and the ALIGN Coaching Model™, frameworks used by leaders at every level, from teens finding their voice to executives redefining their legacy. His six books, Coach to ALIGN, FLEX: Connect, Empower, & Lead, The FLEX Leader, It's Never Too Late to Lead, Lead Where You Are, and the FLEX Leadership for New Managers 30-Day Playbook, have earned more than 16 International Book Awards across seven award programs.

Shaine holds a Cornell HR Graduate Certificate, Disney Institute certification, and the CCSP® Life-Certified Customer Service Professional credential. He is a member of Les Clefs d'Or USA, was named Platinum Operations Manager of the Year in 2018, and is listed in Marquis Who's Who® 2025.
