Serena Bennett is the author of the powerful memoir *Raised by a Narcissist: That Woman aka My Mother*. In this deeply personal and unflinching account, she reflects on her childhood experiences growing up with an Afro-Caribbean narcissistic mother. Through raw honesty and heartfelt storytelling, Serena sheds light on the long-term effects of toxic relationships while offering a message of resilience, healing, and hope. Writing this memoir has been an essential part of her own healing journey, helping her process the past and reclaim her voice. Her work aims to support others who may feel unseen or unheard, encouraging them to begin their own journey of self-discovery.

In addition to her memoir, Serena writes a wide range of non-fiction books, including practical guides on personal finance, reflective journals, and engaging activity books. She also creates handmade healing crystal jewellery designed to support emotional balance, inner peace, and personal healing. Her work is featured across her two blogs, one focused on wellbeing and creativity, and the other dedicated to practical money-saving advice.

A mother and grandmother, Serena finds joy in travelling, keeping fit, spending time outdoors, and capturing everyday beauty through photography. Whether she is writing, designing a journal, tending to her herb garden, or thoughtfully packaging a bracelet, her work is rooted in the belief that healing is possible—and that everyone deserves a life filled with peace, purpose, and joy.

Her books are available on Amazon, Audible, Spotify, Google Books, Apple Books, and other major platforms.
