Scott Thomson is a pastor, author, missionary, and three-term city councilman with more than 30 years of ministry experience.

He serves as Lead Pastor of River of Life Church in Oroville, California, where he has served for more than a decade. His ministry has taken him around the world, including missionary work in Russia, where he helped establish three churches and a Bible college.
