Scott A. Young is the author of the science fiction thriller SELFIES, BOOK 1 of the Manifold Series. When he isn’t helping his three sons through their college and career transitions, Scott enjoys discovering well-told stories in books and film. He can often be found contemplating the nature of human consciousness and quantum realities, or geeking out about the newest technological innovations and all things space.
Scott has long advocated for a greater understanding of neurodiversity. His previous memoir, Perfectly Normal: The Blessings and Struggles of ADHD, reflects on the challenges and joys of navigating his son’s ADHD diagnosis as a stay-at-home father. He has also contributed to medical articles, personal interviews, and even a television feature on the Dutch program ADHDennis.
Scott resides in North Carolina with his wife, three sons, and his faithful writing companion, the family goldendoodle.
