Sarah Whitmore is a trauma-informed healing practitioner and women’s emotional wellness advocate who has spent over a decade supporting women through childhood trauma recovery and inner child healing. Her work is dedicated to women who feel “stuck” in patterns they can’t explain, and who are ready to understand the roots of their emotional wounds with compassion instead of shame. After navigating her own transformation from abandonment and neglect wounds, Sarah became passionate about creating accessible, heart-centered tools for women who want to heal but don’t know where to begin. Her approach integrates attachment-based healing, nervous system regulation, and reparenting practices informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Schema Therapy, and somatic techniques. Sarah believes that healing doesn’t have to take years or cost thousands of dollars. It can start with 15 minutes a day, a quiet moment of safety, and the courage to turn toward your younger self with gentleness. She currently lives in Portland, Oregon, where she gardens, drinks too much tea, and continues her own healing journey alongside the women she serves.
