Sarah Ulrich was born in 1981, landing her squarely on the cusp between Gen X and Millennials—just old enough to remember life before the internet, but young enough to have grown up with it. A seventh-generation Floridian, she was born in a house in the small town of Green Cove Springs, Florida, before her family moved to rural Manchester, Tennessee. There, she spent her childhood surrounded by rolling farmland, a menagerie of pets (from cats and dogs to chickens and lizards), and the freedom of country life. Homeschooled through much of her early education, Sarah later explored a variety of creative and professional paths, studying makeup artistry, real estate, and cosmetology while building a career. She eventually earned her MBA from the University of Florida, bringing together her artistic sensibility with a sharp business acumen. Today, she lives and works in Central Florida with her husband of more than twenty years and their two young-adult children. Her writing reflects a life rooted in tradition, shaped by change, and driven by a passion to revolutionize lives through politics.
