My novels blend mystery, psychological suspense, and philosophical (or existential) inquiry. They are driven by singular, individualistic characters in search of themselves—and of the great questions that remain unanswered (almost all the important ones). I strive to explore these themes without sacrificing plot, maintaining intrigue and tension until the very end.
For me, a book worthy of that name should reaffirm our vision of life and stretch the boundaries of our consciousness. But it must also entertain, enlighten, and awaken us to unforgettable moments of insight. After all, words are not mere symbols—they are invocations. They create worlds.
I may be the last survivor of a movement that should never have died: Romanticism. (Is anyone else out there?) My New Romanticism is still best defined by Novalis: “As I give a higher meaning to the commonplace, a mysterious sheen to the ordinary, the dignity of the unknown to what is known, and a sense of infinity to the finite—I romanticize it.” So yes—let’s romanticize. Again, and unapologetically.

Mis novelas combinan misterio, suspense psicológico y propuestas filosóficas (o existenciales). Están protagonizadas por personajes singulares e individualistas que van en busca de sí mismos y tras las grandes preguntas que aún están sin contestar (casi todas las importantes). Intento explorar estos temas sin sacrificar la trama, manteniendo el interés y la tensión hasta el final.
Creo que un buen libro, además de reafirmar nuestro ideal de vida y expandir nuestra consciencia, debe cautivarnos, divertirnos, iluminarnos, hacernos más sabios, proporcionarnos epifanías inolvidables.Todo esto y más. No olvidemos que la palabra tiene el poder de una invocación, el poder de crear universos.
Soy quizá la única integrante (¿Hay alguien más?) de un movimiento que nunca debió morir: el Romanticismo. La mejor forma de definir mi Nuevo Romanticismo sigue siendo la que Novalis usó en su momento: "En cuanto doy alto sentido a lo ordinario, a lo conocido dignidad de desconocido y apariencia infinita a lo finito, con todo ello romantizo".
