Sally Alexander, currently lives with her husband in Colorado, USA. She comes from a long line of independent authors and story tellers. Her grandmother labored mightily on numerous manuscripts and stories. This was before Amazon, and the rise of independent publishing. Now thanks to independent publishing, she can now share her stories. The Adventures of Caitlin and Rio series began when Sally and her husband lost their beautiful Ragdoll kitten, Rio, who was only 10 months old to a nasty disease called Feline Infectious Peritonitis, or FIP for short. That Rio is the inspiration behind the series, which begins with "The Lost Colors." The other books in the series include book 2, "The Missing Cats", book 3, "The Wild Turkeys," book 4, "The Forgetful Ferret" and book 5, "The Coyote King." The 6th book in the series, "The Golden Trumpet" is coming soon. They currently have two Ragdoll cats, Red and Nemo.
