Ahoy, I'm Ryan Foland.

I'm a TEDx coach, executive presentation coach, and author who helps leaders turn important ideas into talks, speeches, and presentations people remember.

I'm the creator of the Getting Your SHIP Together® series, a collection of practical books about becoming a better speaker, entrepreneur, and leader. SpeakerSHIP is the first book in the series and is designed to help you develop your voice, strengthen your message, and command your stage.

I'm also the co-author of Ditch the Act, which explores how leaders can build stronger relationships and grow by being more human.

I've delivered four TEDx talks, hosted hundreds of podcast conversations with speakers, entrepreneurs, and leaders, and have been featured in Forbes, Inc., Entrepreneur, and more.

When I'm not writing or coaching, I direct UC Irvine's ANTrepreneur Center. And when I'm not doing that, you'll probably find me sailing, drawing stick figures, or occasionally rapping.
