I just wrote my first book. I was a Head Football Coach and Teacher in Azusa Unified School District for 15 years before leaving to go into real estate on a full time basis in 1984. During my tenure at Gladstone High. I won a JV Football Championship, the first Varsity Football Championship in school history and was named Coach of the Year in the San Gabriel Valley by the San Gabriel Valley Tribune and also took two teams to the CIF playoffs. After leaving teaching and coaching I went into real estate on a full time basis after being part time for over 3 years. Real estate came to me easily and soon became a top producer in the Diamond Bar Area as well as surrounding communities. I dominated my market areas so profoundly that I had in excess of 90% market share in my farms. I also won countless awards for sales and sales volume including selling the most listings for Prudential California Realty in their Orange County Region in 1989. In 1997 I joined First Team Real Estate and won the prestigious Hall of Fame Sales Award several times and continued to be a top producer with that company. I retired from full time sales in 2008 and still sell real estate for family, friends and referrals and live in Newport Beach, CA.
