Roslyn Reed writes messily, with her heart split open and her mind permanently in the gutter. Rooted in New Jersey's Pine Barrens, she spends her time among too many books in a house that is definitely not haunted.

Reed crafts stories where the paranormal seeps into everyday life, romance becomes all-consuming, and gut-wrenching horror drags readers into worlds as beautiful as they are strange. She is deeply passionate about disability representation and endlessly fascinated by the freedom and terror of radical self-acceptance.

Her hope is that when you dive into one of her stories, you see some part of yourself—ugly, beautiful, or somewhere in between—and know you deserve to be loved in all your terrifying glory.
