Rose Ann Forte is an international best-selling and multi-award-winning author, Certified Positive Intelligence Coach, and creator of the Choose Freedom® Program—a faith-based and neuroscience-informed approach to overcoming life-interfering behaviors. A former C-suite executive and church ministry leader, she is passionate about helping people experience the freedom, peace, and purpose promised in God’s Word. She is the author of Prepare to Quit: Finding the Keys to a Spirit-Filled Life Beyond Alcohol, a guide that equips readers for the often-overlooked preparation stage of change, blending biblical wisdom with behavioral science to help them say, “I’m ready.” Her devotional The Plans He Has for Me has guided thousands through a 12-week journey of sobriety, Scripture, and Spirit-led renewal, helping people reframe their relationship with alcohol and other substances to discover lasting hope. Her newest release, Transformed by His Promises (co-authored with Dr. Karl Benzio, a board-certified psychiatrist and Medical Director of the American Association of Christian Counselors), expands this mission beyond alcohol and other toxic substances to address life-interfering thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
