Roger lives in Stoke-on-Trent with his wife Sue and they have two grown-up children. In his spare time music is his passion; whether it’s in a band playing the bass guitar or playing the violin at various events. He is the author of several books including “PRIZE Winning Leadership”, and his key focus is helping difference makers make a difference. “He is articulate, tracks complex issues with ease and has an incredible gift for raising pearls of wisdom out of the murky depths of people and process.” His passion is to help people to learn effective leadership skills to lead their teams to capitalize on their strengths and passions to realize their dreams.
