Rodney E. Whittington Jr. is an experienced healthcare leader with over twenty years of service in long-term care administration. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Method Healthcare, focusing on improving care quality, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across healthcare communities. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences and Gerontology from Kansas State University. Throughout his career, Rodney has led multiple organizations to achieve top-tier outcomes, including consistent Five-Star CMS ratings and zero deficiency surveys. Previously, he served as CEO of Villa St. Francis, Kansas’s largest Medicaid-sponsored long-term care provider.
