Robert Kurtz is a veteran who spent 15 years as an international private security contractor after leaving the military. He has worked in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Jordan, Israel, the Palestinian West Bank, and Lebanon, and was in Cairo during the 2011 Arab Spring riots.
