They have 4 married children, 7 grandsons, and [finally] a granddaughter, scattered from coast to coast. ♥ Besides writing novels and poetry and being an avid reader, Bob is a singer-songwriter, a scroll saw artist, an amateur rock-hound/jewelry-maker, and (most recently) a stone carver/sculptor. Before becoming semi-retired he worked 14 years, telecommuting from home, as a Programmer, Report Designer, Technical Writer, & then SharePoint Admin for an international transportation corporation. Both his career and hobbies keep him in an environment which he loves, because he thrives on creativity. ♥ Before meeting and marrying the beautiful love of his life, Bob actually received a BABE Degree in college: that is, a "Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Education" from Washington Bible College, Lanham, MD. Also while in college, Bob spent a summer in Israel, celebrating his 21st birthday as his 1st day in the Land. He has worked in various support roles for churches, missions, and para-church organizations and continues to have an active role in multiple churches though his music and teaching ministries. ♥ Prior to publication, Bob's first novel, "THE PLAYERS: Earth - The Arena, Book 1" won the prestigious "Alpha Award" presented to a new author of fiction at the Sandy Cove Christian Writers' Conference, in North East, Maryland.
