Born Born and raised in New York City in a large, loving family, Robert Begley built his career on consistency and purpose. He achieved over a decade of perfect attendance at Merrill Lynch, reflecting a lifelong commitment to showing up and delivering excellence. In 2004, he founded the New York Heroes Society to celebrate champions of liberty. In 2023, he launched Speaking With Purpose LLC to help business leaders and entrepreneurs speak with courage, clarity, and confidence. A professional speaker and Certified World Class Speaking Coach, Robert has addressed audiences internationally and across the United States, including appearances on national television. His clients include entrepreneurs, C-level executives, police captains, and immigrants who have escaped tyranny, one of whom was inspired by Robert’s mission to unleash their voice to make a difference. Outside of speaking, Robert pursues physical vitality and personal growth. He has completed seven New York City Marathons, danced ballet on stage, practices Bikram yoga, swims, cycles, and will complete his first Spartan Sprint in November. A world traveler, he has explored all fifty U.S. states and six continents. He donates blood six times a year and belongs to high-impact communities including Business Network International, Toastmasters International, Stage Time University, Brian Johnson’s Heroic, Donald Miller’s Business Made Simple, Benjamin Hardy’s Scaling program, and the Radical Agreement Improv group. Robert is also a lover of culture—music, theater, visual arts—and fuels his mind by reading and listening to more than 100 books annually. He now lives in Orlando, Florida with his Dearest, Carrie-Ann Biondi.
