Rob Pincus is the owner of I.C.E. Training Company and developer of the Combat Focus Shooting Program. In 2005, Rob wrote the first CFS Book and in 2010, he released Combat Focus Shooting: Evolution 2010. The second CFS Book was dramatically expanded and much more detailed than the first. It also included significantly more background material explaining the underpinnings of the program and addressed additional topics that were not being covered in CFS training at the time the first book was written. Rob has also published The Training Log Book, a collection of essays from Rob and over 30 other trainers that includes 100 pages formatted for the owner to log their own training experiences. In addition to his written work, Rob has produced over 40 Training DVDs and had over 3 million copies distributed through branding partners including The National Rifle Association and The Second Amendment Foundation. Formerly the Director of Operations at the Valhalla Training Center, Rob has been a trainer and consultant in various combative fields for many years. His background in military, law enforcement, executive protection and recreational shooting gives him a broad experience base. Rob's specialty is progressive reality based training and fitting the fundamentals into the context of his diverse students' environments. At the end of 2007, when Valhalla's ownership decided to make the venue more exclusive, Rob established I.C.E. Training Company. His courses emphasize EFFICIENCY and what really works during critical incidents, not what looks good on the square range or sounds good in court or in a classroom. Rob's ideas on training & tactics have been shared all around the world through his role as a writer and Training Consultant with S.W.A.T. Magazine as well as lectures and courses throughout the United States and Europe. His programs and concepts have been featured in magazines, news programs and television shows around the world. In addition to being one of the most active instructors in the firearms industry, conducting over 50 courses per year, Rob has hosted several television shows, does team building events and owns & operates his own gym, CrossFit Sapere Aude.
